These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GEO Italy portal and related services provided by Global Expat Outfitters ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using GEO Italy, you agree to these Terms.
GEO Italy is a self-guided, interactive immigration planning portal. It provides informational tools, guides, workbooks, and resources to help users research and prepare for immigration to Italy. GEO Italy is an informational resource — it is not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or licensed advisory service, and does not provide legal advice.
When you purchase GEO Italy, you receive a single-user license granting you personal access to the portal for five (5) years from the date of purchase. Your account is for your individual use only and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by other individuals.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase. Founding Member pricing is available to the first 100 purchasers and is locked in for the duration of your access period. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time.

Your purchase grants a license to use the portal; it does not transfer ownership of any content or materials.
We regularly update the portal to reflect changes in immigration policies, consulate procedures, and income thresholds. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features and content as part of ongoing improvements. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
GEO Italy is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided. Immigration laws, consulate requirements, and government policies change frequently and may vary by location.
We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified immigration attorney for advice specific to your situation. GEO Italy is designed to help you prepare and organize — not to replace professional legal counsel.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Expat Outfitters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the portal. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your GEO Italy purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. In the event of termination for breach of acceptable use, no refund will be issued. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the portal shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
